Super-audio frequency automatic tracking range: 15-60 KHz, IGBT high frequency automatic tracking range: 60-150 KHz, SIC high frequency automatic tracking range: 200-400 KHz	After the process adjustment and the load change, the power supply and the load will automatically match to the best working condition.	In constant power mode, the power is automatically adjusted with the load change. Precise and stable control of temperature is achieved by setting the heating power and time.	For random load matching with 1% -100% power output, the power factor is greater than 0.95, without a separate power compensation device.
