Product Description

The CO2 laser marking machine is an advanced, environmentally friendly marking solution. This remarkable device effortlessly engraves non-metal materials, finding extensive application across various sectors such as craft gifts, organic glass, plastic, rubber, clothing leather, woodwork, paper, food packaging, electronic components, PCB, flexible circuit boards, ceramic substrates, and semiconductors, among other non-metallic materials.
The laser marking process is optimally designed for small products, eliminating the need for cumbersome positioning trays and securing fixtures, thereby dramatically reducing the laser marking cycle time and significantly boosting production efficiency. An initial template is crafted for the specific product and saved as the standard. During processing, the product is photographed, compared, and precisely positioned by a computer system. After necessary adjustments, the product undergoes accurate processing. The system adeptly recognizes circular, square, or irregular shapes for processed products.
