Digital induction heating machine is a equipment that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction for heating, and has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, and precise control.
It is widely used in various occasions that require efficient heating, such as plastic drawing, extruder, plastic profile production, pipeline heat tracing (such as oil pipelines), etc. In addition, it is also suitable for heating treatment of metal materials, such as steel pipe quenching, steel bar heat treatment, etc.

 
Features

Process customization and storage

The user can modify the programming or prepare the processing process according to the technical requirements of the processing. The power supply provides the storage space for up to 40 sets of processing processes.

Real-time monitoring of the running status
MCU processor monitors the operation state and parameters of the power supply in real time (such as voltage, current, power, frequency, temperature), 200 data per second (actual data collected), truly realizing online monitoring.

Process data traceability
Real-time filing of process data, achieve traceability application analysis, can be stored in the computer with U disk, use special software query and analysis.

Online display and handling of faults
When misoperation or alarm in special working conditions, the touch screen will display the fault content (accurately locate to monitor a single piece of IGBT). Click the corresponding fault help, the solution to the corresponding fault can be queried.

Hardware control
Support classical physical button and remote IO operation, power control support 4-20MA and 0-10V analog volume control.

Software control
Software can control equipment start and stop, power adjustment, monitoring equipment operating parameters (such as voltage, current, power, frequency, fault information, etc.), etc.

Bus control
Communication interface supports serial port RS232 \ 485 and standard Modbus communication protocol, docking with industrial site, support protocol customization.

Automatic control
According to customer needs, regular heating, fixed energy heating, curve heating, heating at constant temperature heating, constant temperature heating, fixed power heating and other working modes can be achieved.

After the process adjustment and the load change, the power supply and the load will automatically match to the best working condition. In constant power mode, the power is automatically adjusted with the load change. Precise and stable control of temperature is achieved by setting the heating power and time. For random load matching with 1% -100% power output, the power factor is greater than 0.95, without a separate power compensation device.
