Product Description

Flash butt welding is the process of assembling two welded components into a butt joint by placing them relative to each other, connecting the power supply and gradually bringing their end faces closer. By using resistance heat to heat these contacts, the metal contact points are heated and melted until the end reaches a predetermined temperature. Then, a forging force is rapidly applied to result a permanent joint.
