Product Description

AC Resistance Vertical Rolling Seam Welding Machine refers to a resistance welding equipment in which the welded parts are assembled into lap or butt joints and placed between two roller electrodes. The roller electrodes apply pressure to the welded parts and rotate them, continuously or intermittently supplying power to form a continuous weld seam.

1.Adopting a three-phase stepless speed regulation motor drive, the welding speed adjustment is convenient and stable.

2.Welding machines come in two forms: longitudinal welding and horizontal welding, suitable for welding various workpieces.

3.Ingenious and reasonable internal structure reduces the welding performance weakening caused by heat generation.

4.The silver bearing bush rotates and conducts electricity with excellent contact, minimizing the loss of electrical energy conversion to the greatest extent possible.
